You can register here

1.Click the account icon and click 'Register'.

2. Fill in all the details requested in the form and click 'Register'.

3. You will then receive an Account Activation email from us.

4. Once the account is activated, you will receive an Account Confirmation email.

5. After logging in to your account, you would find your personal information and order history at the Dashboard.

6. You may also click the tracking number and check your order status.

How to check my reward points and how to redeem it?

1. Click the 'Reward' icon or 'Food Art Rewards'.

2. Click Rewards/ Earn Points.

3. You may check your points here and redeem the rewards accordingly

4. To enjoy the rewards, click 'Apply Code' and paste the 'Discount Code' upon checking out.

5. You will receive an email about the points you earned every time after purchasing.

6. You will also receive an email every time after your points redemption.

How to Refer a Friends?

1. Click the Reward icon or 'Food Art Rewards' and click 'Refer a Friend’

2. Copy and share your referral code with your friends.

3. Get your friend to click the link you shared and enter their email address.

4. They would have to apply the code before checking out.

5. Once your friends have made their first order, you will then receive your rewards.

6. The more you share, the more points you earn!

**Note: Points can’t be awarded to referral receivers because they are not yet program members. Once they become a program member, they will be able to start earning points.
