Ingredients
Candied Dates, Yu Zhu, Dried Chinese Yam*, Ginseng Root, Lotus Seed, Goji Berry*, Mushroom Seasoning, Dendrobium Nobile*, Dwarf Lilyturf Tuber

Dried Chinese Yam*  - Strengthens the spleen and stomach, nourishes the kidneys and supports essence.
Goji Berry* - Nourishes the liver and kidneys, replenishes essence and helps improve eyesight.
Dendrobium Nobile* - Nourishes Yin, generates fluids, clears internal heat and moistens and brightens the eyes.

Soup Preparation
1. Place 1 sachet into a soup flask
2. Add 250–300ml of boiling water
3. Cover tightly and steep for 2 hours
