INGREDIENTS

Candied Dates, Black Bean*, Black Date, Vege Seasoning, Yu Zhu, Chinese Yam, Codonopsis, Eucommia Bark, Dried Longan, Goji, Morinda*, and Tongkat Ali*.

- Tongkat Ali: Boosting energy and supporting reproductive health. 
- Morinda: Tonifying kidney and relieving joint pain. 
- Black Bean: Strengthening the spleen and diuresis and moistening the lungs.

RECOMMENDED

• Suitable for age 18 and above.
• Suggested consuming 2 - 3 times a week, one sachet at a time.

HOW TO USE

Put one bag into soup flask. 
Add in 250-300ml boiling water and wait for 2 hours.
Shake well and serve hot.
